利用規約

1. 適用

この利用規約は、Synka Teamが提供するアプリ「ホシカッタダケカ」の利用に適用されます。

2. アプリの利用

利用者は、自己の責任で欲しいもの、写真、履歴その他の情報を登録し、バックアップを管理します。

3. アプリ内購入

Premiumは買い切り商品です。購入、請求、返金にはApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playの規約も適用されます。

4. 提供内容の変更

当方は必要に応じてアプリの内容を変更、追加または終了することがあります。

5. 免責

法令で認められる範囲で、アプリの継続的な利用可能性、完全性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。

7. 改定

変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

These terms apply to your use of Hoshikattadakeka, an app provided by Synka Team.

2. Using the app

You are responsible for the wants, photos, history, and backups you manage in the app.

3. In-app purchase

Premium is a one-time purchase. Store terms also apply to purchases, billing, and refunds.

We may change, add to, or discontinue the app when needed.
